Jim has been a staple at Mackerel Sky for almost 14 years and has
a local following of collectors.
Featuring gorgeous hand painted silk kimono jackets by Sally Dillon
of Amherst, Massachusetts. Sally’s stunning silk quilts and
jackets were shown here last year and we are pleased to offer her
jackets again this summer.

Joyce Fogle of Bartlesville, Oklahoma will be present to
show her new collection of jnew collection of jackets of wool, wool
crepe, and silk, and will be taking measurements for special orders
as well as selling her jackets off the rack. A gallery favorite,
Joyce’s beautiful jackets are distinctive, yet classic, and
can be worn by anyone. Her work will be available through Sept.
30.
New Mexico weaver, Susan Neal, will be showing
her exquisite hand dyed silk woven into jackets, tops, scarves and
shawls. These feature gorgeous colors and immaculate weaving.
Local fiber artist Della Reams will present one-of-a-kind
handbags from her own digitally designed fabrics, inspired by images
of water and Chinese herbal medicine packaging. Some of the fabrics
are woven on a dobby loom (small repeat, limited colors) and others
on a jacquard loom (larger repeat, numerous colors). Each handbag
is built around one small unique piece of fabric.
